New Damas Auction Tool
We are thrilled to announce introduction of new Damas Auction Tool!
During 2020 and couple of previous months, together with our system provider Unicorn Systems a.s., we were working on the upgrade of Damas Auction Tool, making sure to create a product which will mostly improve reliability, responsiveness and security among variety of other upgrades, providing completely new level of user experience overall.
As a result, new Damas Auction Tool will enter into production on 31st of March 2021, when daily auctions for delivery day 01.04.2021. will be organized.
In order to make sure that all registered participants are properly introduced and trained for new software, we are planning organization of several events which will hopefully help you to get yourself to know with the new Damas Auction Tool.
First of all, starting from 8th of March 2021, SEE CAO will make new Damas Auction Tool (testing environment) accessible to all of you. User accounts will be created at our end and circulated to you. We will organize sets of auctions, similar to the ones you are attending in the production these days. Our goal is to let you browse through the platform, perform the activities as you usually do in the legacy system (currently in production). Auctions will be organized in a way to mimic the normal business flow, i.e.:
- Yearly auctions
- Monthly auctions
- Process of return
- Daily Auctions
- UIOSI
- Transfer
- Curtailment etc.
Probation period is planned to last one week and will end on 14.03.2021.
After the probation period is over, we will organize a webinar (date is yet to be decided, we will keep you updated), where we plan to showcase new Damas and try to answer all questions which will be addressed by you during the probation period.
