Announcement of curtailment on XK-ME border for 10-16.7.2023

Based on instructions from CGES and KOSTT, SEE CAO announces that NTC on XK<->ME border will be curtailed for 10-16.07.2023 in order to ensure operation remains within Operational Security Limits.

Curtailment will be performed two days before each delivery day (D-2) at 11h.

Hourly NTC values for the days of concern are enclosed.
